Avatars, whats yours?

Where did you get your avatar? or Why did you make it?

I made mine because I wanted to display what I commissioned from someone on another site. They are my fursonas (characters in animal form). Let me explain all four of them.

Orange Blitz
He is the oldest of my fursonas, he is really roudy and likes to be active and such. He tries to be the "cool guy".

Melody Song
She is the second oldest of the four. She is really really shy, but tends to be a little more outgoing around these four. She is desprately in love with Blitz, little does she know, he is too.

Purp Gryph
Her name is not Purple Gryphon, it is Purp Gryph. She is the second youngest and she is crazy. She is out of her mind and does the randomest things. She tends to be all over the place at once and has a growing crush on Blue Boy which spurred out of a mad urge to annoy him 24/7.

Blue Boy
He is the youngest, and grumpiest, of my fursonas. He enjoys very little and can always find the bad side of anything. He likes to sleep and enjoys being around Melody Song, or so he thinks. After a splur of being annoyed by Purp Gryph, he banished her for a few days. He found the time afterward to be utterly boring and never did so again. That was the day he actually looked forward to seeing the gang.

Also, I must add that I did make my avatar (well, everything except the creatures themselves. I compiled the images and deleted their backgrounds. I then made new backgrounds and formatted their names. :3

Wow Star! The explanation about your fursonas is pretty interesting.

Er.... My avatar is a screenshot from a Super Nintendo (SNES) game called "Illusion of Gaia." There's no real mystery behind it. I just liked it. That game was one of my favs from the SNES time period. I can't tell whether I actually preferred Breath of Fire I & II to it or not.

The Venus Djinn? Didn't know you were into that sort of stuff choco. anyway. That reminds me of a book I read a while back, it had lots of informaiton about Djinni in it.

Original and kinda cool-looking too. What made you choose the green color?

Green was a color I obsessed over at a younger age. It has many meanings to me, be it the color of nature/plants/ life, or the mixture of Yellow(happiness) and Blue (Sadness). It was a color I found I had a connection to, and just plain enjoy wearing.

Who knows, maybe. I can't say know, as I don't know my full heritage.
